6. Push Notifications

NexQuote uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications about lead updates, complaint status changes, and other relevant activities. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. Business data (leads, quotations, customer records) is retained as part of your organization's operational records. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our account deletion process.
